Parallax is Glass Tides' fifth studio album and their most ambitious work to date. Recorded over 14 months at Monnow Valley Studio in Wales and Real World Studios in Bath, the album explores themes of perspective, distance, and the spaces between people.

Produced by James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode), Parallax marks a sonic evolution for the band, incorporating orchestral arrangements, analog synthesizers, and field recordings from their 2024 world tour.
