About Glass Tides
Glass Tides is a four-piece indie electronic band formed in Bristol, UK in 2016. The band -- Lena Voss (vocals), Tom Ashford (guitar), Sara Kim (bass/synths), and Jake Okoye (drums) -- creates music that blurs the line between dream-pop, electronic, and post-rock.
History
Formed from the remnants of two local Bristol bands, Glass Tides quickly gained attention with their self-titled debut EP in 2017. Their first full-length album, Coastal Frequencies (2019), earned them a nomination for BBC Sound Of 2020 and established their reputation for lush, cinematic soundscapes.
Five albums and over 500 live shows later, Glass Tides have grown from a Bristol pub band to an internationally touring act that fills arenas across Europe and sells out iconic venues worldwide.
